Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in your quote. Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and online payment.

Production & Delivery

Standard production time is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. Express services are available upon request. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current production schedule.

• Standard delivery: 2-3 weeks
• Express delivery: 7-10 days (subject to availability)
• Bulk orders: Custom timeline based on quantity

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive defective products due to manufacturing errors, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, designs, or artwork provided for printing. Firstprint (M) Sdn Bhd is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided designs.

Limitation of Liability

Firstprint (M) Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order.
